The Woman who ate her
Lover, illustrated book.

Adaptation, illustrations, and graphic design for the book "A Mulher que Comeu o Amante". Based on the short story by Brazilian writer Bernardo Élis. In this story, the young woman Camélia kills her husband by throwing him into a river for piranhas to eat. The choice of red as the primary color symbolizes blood and enhances Camélia's portrayal as a femme fatale.
